Why am I doing Lotoja again? That's the question I kept asking myself around mile 150 on Saturday. I was destined for 5th, but took a wrong turn in Kamas, so I got 17th. Bummer. Jeremy won and Spence got 3rd.

You guys from Ski Utah kicked some butt. Sorry to hear about the missed turn.
my legs are still sore...
ball peen hammer, meet nuts, nuts meet ball peen hammer, twice.
pretty much...
That's about my weekly TSS... when I'm committed. To think about it, that's about my weekly mileage too.
You're doing it because LOTOJA is a man's man's race. You're doing it 'cause you're a bad motherfucker who don't take no crap from nobody! You're doing it because you can!
p.s. - I'm not wearing my helmet...
Nice job on Saturday. I think that race was only 70 miles too long for me. I worked a little too hard, but your team played it well. I did enjoy a 45 minute nap at the top which I would recommend if you ever do that race again. Doesn't help your results, but it sure felt good.
