More rash

That wasn't supposed to happen, sorry guys. I wonder how many times I can scrape the left side of my body off before it won't regrow again? My front tire went flat right as I was going through that left hand turn. Funny thing is, I was thinking to myself one lap before "man these tires and wheels feel awesome". I was on Michelin Pro Race 2 clinchers. I haven't ridden those at the DMV for a while. I like them, I have raced on them a ton and usually never have any problems. That's twice I've ate it at DMV from tire issues. I feel bad for the Georges/Canyon rider (can't remember name, sorry) that went with me. He broke his front rim and maybe his seat post. I destroyed my right shifter and the rear wheel is out of true. I haven't looked that closely yet to see any more damage. I'll still be at Harvest Moon.

Not a good start

So, it appears my winter training has started today. Jamie and I suit up for a cold ride. We get 2 blocks from the house and I realize I'm under dressed, so we go back to grab a jacket. 30 seconds after I go in the house, it starts to hail. Dodged a bullet! My saddle position is a little off after the epic fall colors ride (Cottonwood-Emigration-East Canyon Resort-Jeremy Ranch-PC-Guardsman Pass-Cottonwood), so I decide to break out the rollers :( I blow the dust off and get started. 15:01 into my workout, I'm just rolling along staring out the driveway from the garage at the rain and both wheels come off the left side. That's the hardest I've ever crashed in my garage. No damage, but not a good start. Stupid Rollers.
